Supplementing your workouts
Get the most out of your body by supporting your body!
Diet and Exercise. Those are the 2 BIG things, but supplementing your body before and after a workout is just as important as your diet as both are fueling your body. Food fuels your body through macro nutrients, while supplements target specific areas and help support in the form of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-oxidants, etc.
These are our personal pre- and post-workout supplement routines. Of course, listen to your body and do what is best for you and your system. We typically work out around 9-10am in the morning so our pre-workout supplements are taking with breakfast at about 7-7:30am, and our post workout supplements are taken with or in our shake around 10:30-11am, usually within 30 minutes of ending our workout and stretching.
